• Individual Therapy
    • In individual therapy, we create a space to reflect on experiences, gain self-awareness, develop coping skills, and reduce symptoms.  Ultimately, we work to help individuals experience a fuller, more meaningful life.
  • Family Therapy
    • In family therapy, we work to strengthen relationships within families and build communication skills.  I also find it helpful to have parent coaching sessions without the child present to help parents understand how to support their children more effectively.

 

I am in network for Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans, and I accept out of pocket payments.
